- To redeem the offer, you must have a smartphone with GPS capability, have downloaded the Uber app or signed-up at https://get.uber.com/sign-up/, registered and have an active internet connection.
- This offer is governed by these terms as well as Uber user Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement.
- This offer entitles you to a discount of twenty-five (25) percent (a “Discount”) on each of six (6) rides (each a “Ride”) for rides that start within the Promotion Area during the Promotion Period. The total value of the Discount shall be no more than Ksh 2,700 across the (6) six rides and the maximum value of the discount per ride is Ksh 450.00
- The promotion is automatically applied to all eligible riders who start their trip within the Uber service area in Mombasa, to take up to a maximum of six (6) rides during the Promotion Period.
- Neither the Promotional Code nor the Discount can be transferred, duplicated or sold and they have no cash value. Neither the Promotional Code or the Discount can be combined with any other discounts, codes or promotions.
- The Promotion Period is between the hours of 00:00am Monday, 11 June 2018 until 23:59pm on Sunday, 17 June 2018.
- The Discount is limited to Uber rides within the Uber service area in Mombasa. Should there be a complaint as to the coordinates of the Promotion area including whether a particular area falls within the Promotion Area, Uber shall review the complaint and Uber’s decision shall be final.
