1. Each voucher must be exchanged at the Box Office or Candy Bar or redeemed at HOYTS.COM.AU for your ticket.

2.Vouchers are valid for use for standard sessions of Despicable Me 4 at any HOYTS cinemas nationally. Online booking fees and surcharges may apply.

3. Vouchers are valid for use until 11.59pm AEST on 31 July 2024, or when the film stops screening at HOYTS, whichever comes sooner.

4.Tickets are subject to the Hoyts Terms of Use available to view at https://www.hoyts.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions.

5. Tickets are for Uber member’s personal use and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticket holder may be refused admission.

6. Surcharges apply for:

a. 3D - $3.50 surcharge (3D glasses are not included and must be purchased separately)
b. Xtremescreen - surcharges vary from $2 to $4 depending on session attended.
c. DBOX - surcharges vary.

7. This Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event such as ‘Girls’ Night Out’, ‘Mate Night’, HOYTS Daybed and HOYTS Rewards Members screenings or any third party screenings.

8. This Voucher may be exchanged for all ticket types, including:

a. All standard tickets (except on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm onwards, and on public holidays) at HOYTS Cinemas in Australia;
b. All recliner tickets; and
c. All Xtremescreen tickets (subject to the surcharge in clause 6(b) above).

9. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this Voucher and will not be accrued by purchasing a ticket using this Voucher.

10. Tickets purchased using this Voucher will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

11. Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules still apply, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a ticket or attend certain movie sessions.
