Promotion organized by Uber B.V. and Visa International Service Association (“the Organizers”) and valid for two thousand five hundred (2.500) promotional codes (the “Promotional Codes”) from October 15, 2021 until November 15, 2021 (the "Term"), or while Promotional Codes are exhausted, whatever occurs first. Applicable for the city of Kingston, Jamaica for those users who received the invitation message or an email sent by Uber, Visa or their Bank or a direct communication through the Uber app (the "User" or the "Users"). Users who pay their first lease with a Visa card within the Term, will obtain a discount of up to JA$592 on the value of the applicable price of the lease including the code VISAUBERJA. The Promotional Code is not combinable with other promotions and allows only one redemption per User. If the price applicable to the lease is higher than the discount granted by the promotional code, the User will pay the difference; if the price of the lease is lower than the discount, the balance will not be applicable for subsequent leases. In the event that the Promotional Code is not executable, Uber reserves the right at its sole discretion to generate a new promotional code with the same characteristics or, if applicable, directly credit the value of the discount granted by the promotional code to the account of the User. If the User's account has any limitation or restriction to apply the promotional code, it will not be applicable. The Promotional Code must be used in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, the Terms and Conditions of use of the Uber application and the Community Guidelines. Organizers reserve the right to: (i) not apply the discount when fraudulent conduct is evidenced or that affects the proper functioning of the promotion; (ii) exclude from the promotion the User who, at Organizer's discretion, engages in fraudulent conduct or that affects the proper functioning of the promotion; (iii) modify or terminate the promotion early, which will be informed to Users by the means defined by Organizers for this purpose.
